Most of us tend to over eat and feel guilty about it over the holidays, especially the first time we step on the scales after the holidays. Remember most diet experts say you can have one meal a week to basically eat whatever you want, as long as it is within reason. So pick one meal at over the holidays to make your one meal and you can eat guilt free. Though remember to eat slowly! Your body takes a while to catch up when it comes to food, meaning you are full way before you feel full, so take your time and eat slowly. Enjoy the meal and talk to those around you giving your body time to catch up to the food in it and that way you wont over eat.
